First cleaning: Regular or Deep?

When Regular fits

If your kitchen and bathrooms have been kept up and you need the usual dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface cleaning, choose Regular. This also applies when another cleaner recently cleaned the home and you have maintained it since.

Regular includes kitchen counters and appliance exteriors, bathrooms, floors, dusting, bed making, and emptying trash. It starts at $185. Enter your home details in the booking form to see the estimate for your visit.

What Deep adds

Choose Deep when you want the areas that collect buildup cleaned in detail. It includes Regular plus the inside of the oven, refrigerator, and microwave, baseboards, window sills, door frames, and accessible areas behind furniture.

Deep starts at $290. The oven and refrigerator interiors are included in that service. With Regular, you can select them separately as extras: $20 for the oven and $25 for the refrigerator.

If the home is being handed over

Move-Out adds the inside of empty cabinets, drawers, and closets to the Deep checklist, along with window tracks and wall spot-cleaning. It starts at $380. Add the handover date, access instructions, and any lease checklist to your booking notes so we can confirm the work.

How to get your estimate

Select the service and enter the bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, and cleaning history. You can see the estimate before submitting a booking request. Add any areas that need extra attention to the notes.

If the home needs more work than described, we confirm any change in scope and price with you before work begins. Payment comes after the cleaning.
